How the ordering process works

Prices & Discounts
The prices displayed are list prices pertinent at the time of printing. Discount prices are displayed upon Account registration. All taxes will be applied at the time of invoicing, where applicable.
Shipments
Most items listed are in stock and can be shipped promptly. If an order cannot be fulfilled completely, a partial shipment will be made followed shortly by the back-order shipment.
- If you require the entire order shipped together, please indicate this clearly on your purchase order.
- Unless otherwise specified, we ship via UPS, DHL, FedEx, or any other courier specified by the customer account.
- Sea Freight and Air Freight options are available for bulk international orders.
- CIF rates quoted when quantity, destination, and mode of dispatch are provided.
Returns
Returns are accepted with prior approval through our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process.
- RMA forms are available in your customer portal.
- Upon approval, items must be shipped back in their original packaging.
- Product returns due to ordering error are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Damage, Breakage & Shortage
If you receive a damaged, broken, or short-shipped order, please follow these steps immediately:
- Contact Customer Support to report shortages, breakage, or discrepancies within 7 days of order receipt.
- Take clear photographs of broken or damaged products immediately upon discovery.
- Do not discard the packaging or damaged items until the claim is resolved — they will be required as evidence.
Product Representation
Products in the Catalogue are based on current listings at the time of publication.
SGC LABS® reserves the right to improve or modify any individual product specification when such a change is warranted — for example, material upgrades, dimensional improvements, or compliance with new standards.
