What is the minimum order we can place?
We expect a minimum order value of at least US$ 500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders initially to test our products in their market. Samples against cost are available on request.
What are your payment terms?
All payments are in US dollars unless stated otherwise in the quotation. We offer three flexible options:
Full Advance Payment
Best for small orders — minimizes bank charges. Pay by Cheque, Bank Draft, Telegraphic Transfer (TT), or Wire Transfer.
Part Payment — 25% Advance
For larger orders. 25% upfront; balance payable against delivery documents through your bank. Bank charges borne by the buyer.
Letter of Credit (LC)
Sight LC accepted for bulk orders. All LC-related bank charges are to the buyer’s account.
What are your bank particulars?
Bank details are shared on request. Please write to us at info@sgclabglass.com and we will send them promptly.
Shipping modes and charges?
Standard modes are Sea Freight and Air Freight. We also arrange Air Post Parcel, Sea Post Parcel, and Courier on special request.
Prices can be quoted inclusive of shipping or on a “Freight to Pay” basis. CIF rates are available — share the quantity, destination, and preferred dispatch mode with us.
How can I get a quote?
