You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for any activity that occurs under your Account.

We reserve the right to refuse registration or to cancel or suspend Accounts at our discretion, including Accounts that appear to be created for abusive, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful purposes.

When you post, upload, publish, submit or transmit any User Content to or through the Platform you grant labsglass.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, distribute, perform and display such content for the purpose of operating, providing, promoting and improving the Platform.

Where the Platform enables one-time purchases, you agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information, including payment details, billing address and contact information. By making a purchase you:

• Represent that you have the legal right to use the chosen payment method
• Authorize the Platform and its payment processors to charge the applicable fees and taxes
• Acknowledge that all pricing and availability is subject to change at our discretion
• Accept that billing discrepancies must be notified to us promptly for investigation

We appreciate your input and may incorporate Feedback into the Platform or product roadmap. Other users or third parties may independently develop similar ideas and we are free to use Feedback without accounting to you.

From time to time we may run promotions, offers, sweepstakes or contests. Each will be governed by specific rules published with the promotion. By participating, you agree to be bound by those rules as well as these Terms.

• Promos may have geographic, age, purchase, or other restrictions
• Participants engaging in fraudulent behavior may be disqualified
• Winners may be required to provide proof of identity and eligibility
• Prizes are non-transferable and winners are solely responsible for any taxes

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information made available on the Platform. Any reliance on content available through the Platform is at your own risk.

Our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to labsglass.com in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or if none, USD 100 or equivalent.

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless labsglass.com and its affiliates, licensors, and service providers from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your User Content submitted to the Platform
• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Your violation of any rights of a third party

We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

We may retain and use information as permitted by applicable law to enforce these Terms, prevent fraud, resolve disputes and comply with legal obligations. Where reasonable, we will attempt to provide notice of termination and an opportunity to cure a breach.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts located in Haryana, India.

Neither party shall be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations where such failure or delay is due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including:

• Acts of God or natural disasters
• Labor disputes or strikes
• Pandemics or public health emergencies
• Riots, acts of war, or governmental actions
• Failures of internet infrastructure or utilities

In such an event, the affected party shall be excused from performance to the extent of such cause and shall use commercially reasonable efforts to resume performance.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, products, and services. Such links are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement by labsglass.com. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, legality, or policies of third-party services.

Your interactions with third parties are solely between you and the third party. You should review their terms and privacy policies prior to engaging.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the law, the Platform, or our business practices. When we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice, such as posting a prominent notice on the Platform or sending an email to your registered address.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable.
