At SGC LABS (labsglass.com), we maintain rigorous quality standards for all our laboratory glassware. By placing an order, you agree to the following terms and conditions regarding returns and exchanges.
1. Exchange Eligibility
- Return Window: Exchange requests must be initiated within 15 days of delivery for domestic orders and 30 days for international export orders.
- Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition, with all protective packaging and documentation intact. Any item that shows signs of chemical exposure or use will be rejected.
2. Exchange Process (Damaged Goods)
Given the fragile nature of scientific glassware, transit damage is covered under our Replacement Guarantee:
- Damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence.
- Once verified, a replacement for the exact specification will be dispatched at our expense.
- If the specific item is out of stock, we will provide Store Credit for future purchases.
3. Custom & OEM Orders (Final Sale)
In accordance with international trade standards, all Custom Glass Blowing or OEM Brand orders are considered “Final Sale.” These items are manufactured to your specific requirements and are not eligible for exchange or return unless a manufacturing defect is proven.
4. International Shipping & Duties
- Export Returns: For international exchanges, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including insurance and re-import duties.
- Shipping Errors: If an incorrect item is shipped by SGC LABS, we will cover all global logistics costs to rectify the error.
5. Legal Compliance
This policy is designed to comply with the Indian Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and international commercial guidelines. By completing a purchase, the buyer waives the right to a monetary refund in favor of the exchange provisions mentioned above.
Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ambala, Haryana, India.
